I recently stayed at Thinnai - All-Suites Boutique in Jaffna for a week-long vacation. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The spacious suite was beautifully decorated and had excellent amenities, including a large fridge. The food at the hotel restaurant was outstanding, especially the crab curry. The hotel arranged various activities for us, such as sightseeing tours and transportation to our next destination. The effort and hospitality of the staff made our stay truly memorable. I can't wait to come back in the future and see how the hotel has evolved.

Had a RELAXING stay by friendly service and very pleasant staff, glad I've chosen it. I appreciated reasonably large and well stocked room with a flat-screen television and a lounge area. The staff was consistently courteous and super friendly providing assistance. The breakfast was very good and there was lots of food to choose from. The location was stunning, just 5 minutes walk from a huge Hindu temple. This hotel was in a particularly good area really close to buses, many tourist attractions and the center. Everything was modern, I do recommend.

This place has a breathtaking location in a serene organic farm, perfect for exploring the area; comfortable bed and beautifully decorated room make for a great stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The suite I stayed in was incredibly spacious and the bed was so comfortable. The staff were all friendly and went out of their way to make sure I had everything I needed. The pool was well maintained and perfect for relaxing. The food served at the restaurant was delicious, especially the local specialties. The location of the hotel was ideal, close to the center of town, making it easily accessible to explore. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and memorable stay.

The pool was nice. Rich and delicious breakfasts. - the room was nicely decorated and comfortably furnished on the upper level. - I slept very well. - It was in a nice location next to a restaurant, the Jaffna market, and the garden.

The hotel had a variety of amenities available such as a pool and bicycles for rent. the breakfast provided had a good selection and had options suitable for both western and local palates. The location was also convenient, with easy access to the city center.

The dinner experience lacked refinement, as the menu was limited and there was a long wait time for the food to be cooked. The service in the open-air dining area was poor with tables not being cleared and the toilets being ill-maintained.

Just loved everything, couldn't find a single flaw. Oh wait, I guess I can complain about the fact that I had to leave the hotel at some point.

I recently went on a city break with my partner to this hotel and it was fantastic! the rooms were huge and had everything we needed, including a kitchenette, fridge and television in both rooms. We were even able to enjoy some meals in the room thanks to this feature. the hotel had a great location, close to all the main attractions in the city.

Honestly, there wasn't much to dislike about this hotel.

I had an amazing stay at a new hotel in this city. Best aspects were the spacious and well-organised suite, the lovely pool, and the excellent food. The staff were super friendly and efficient, arranging transportation and providing great advice for local trips. The location was also great, close to the centre of the city.
