The Thinnai Hotel - Jaffna

The suite was spacious with a lovely living area and hot tub. The staff were delightfully friendly, and the buffet meals were delicious, especially the seafood options!

The hotel was fantastic and the food was great. Stay there and enjoy your Jaffna weekend.

Had a RELAXING stay by friendly service and very pleasant staff, glad I've chosen it. I appreciated reasonably large and well stocked room with a flat-screen television and a lounge area. The staff was consistently courteous and super friendly providing assistance. The breakfast was very good and there was lots of food to choose from. The location was stunning, just 5 minutes walk from a huge Hindu temple. This hotel was in a particularly good area really close to buses, many tourist attractions and the center. Everything was modern, I do recommend.

We experienced numerous issues throughout our stay. The staff's service was often inattentive and unhelpful, especially during our check-in when we were rudely told there were no rooms available. Our room was not properly prepared. We had to wait for essential items like towels and housekeeping, which should have been ready upon our arrival.

I recently stayed for two nights at a lovely hotel that offered an incredibly spacious suite with a separate kitchen and outdoor spa tub, which was perfect for relaxing after a day out. The swimming pool was a real treat in the hot weather, and the staff went above and beyond to be helpful, especially the supervisor at reception. The only downside was that the restaurant couldn't serve alcohol yet, which was a bit disappointing during our meal. Would definitely choose this place again for its excellent room and amenities!

Thinnai, all-suites boutique offers a spacious dining area with great breakfast. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite with a kitchenette, perfect for our family. The staff was super nice, and it's just a short distance to local attractions like nallur temple. We really enjoyed the local eastern food too!

The welcome was really good! Even with a bus full of guests arriving at the same time. The suite we occupied was both comfortable and clean, with all amenities functioning well. The staff, including waiters and waitresses, consistently provided polite and attentive service. The garden view added a lovely touch to our experience.

A Family Haven for Relaxation and Fun!

Our family had a wonderful 10-night stay! The spacious One-Bedroom Superior Suite was perfect for us, complete with a lovely balcony. Enjoyed delicious eastern meals at the restaurant while taking in the beautiful greenery, though the wind made it chilly. Tip, ask for indoor seating if the breeze gets too much!

This place suits me perfectly. With friendly staff, free parking, and an outdoor swimming pool, I feel at home. They even helped me with an insect bite during my first stay. I'll be back for a weekend!

I recently stayed at Thinnai - All-Suites Boutique in Jaffna for a week-long vacation. The staff was welcoming and attentive, making sure all our needs were met. The spacious suite was beautifully decorated and had excellent amenities, including a large fridge. The food at the hotel restaurant was outstanding, especially the crab curry. The hotel arranged various activities for us, such as sightseeing tours and transportation to our next destination. The effort and hospitality of the staff made our stay truly memorable. I can't wait to come back in the future and see how the hotel has evolved.
